Joining the Mountain View Village
Incoming residents purchase their dwelling at an agreed market price from an existing resident, make a one off payment for the right to occupy a site, and together with a medical certificate apply to the trust for residency.
When a dwelling is sold, a 10% commission will be paid to the Trust.
If a Real Estate Agent is engaged to sell the villa or unit, then any Real Estate Agent’s commission will be payable by the selling resident.
A modest weekly fee is charged which covers rates, external villa maintenance (some exclusions apply), dwelling insurance, maintenance of grounds and services, plus the costs of maintaining and operating the John Stubbs Community Centre.
